Designs & Formats
What does “one design, three formats” mean?
Most Juzoor designs come three ways: a digital file you download instantly, a ready-to-press transfer you heat-press onto your own item, or a finished product we print and ship to you. Pick whichever suits you on the product page.
What is a ready-to-press transfer?
It’s your design printed on DTF/sublimation film, ready for you to heat-press onto a shirt, tote, or other garment. You supply the blank and a heat press; we supply a press-ready transfer.
How are digital files delivered?
Digital files are delivered as an instant download after checkout and are available worldwide. Please review our Digital Design License for how they may be used.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Physical items (transfers and finished products) ship within the United States. Digital files are available worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Flat $6.99 per order. Shipping is free on transfer orders of $50 or more, and on product orders of $70 or more. Because transfers and finished products are packed differently, they’re purchased as separate orders. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long until my order arrives?
Everything is made to order. Production is typically 2–5 business days, plus carrier transit time. Follow your package on our Track Order page.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is custom made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or sizing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — see our Refund and Returns Policy. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Custom Printing
Can you print my own design?
Yes. Our Print Your Design service prints your artwork on a transfer or finished product, from a single piece. You’ll need the rights to any artwork you upload.
Product Care & Sizing
How should I care for my printed items?
Wash garments inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print. For drinkware, hand washing keeps colors vivid longest.
