Digital Design License

This Digital Design License (“License”) governs your purchase, download, and use of digital design files (“Design Files” or “Designs”) offered for sale by Juzoor Store (“Juzoor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website at https://juzoorstore.com. Juzoor Store is operated by Juzoor LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company located at 17 Ainsworth St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220, USA.

By purchasing and downloading a digital Design File from Juzoor, you agree to the terms of this License. If you do not agree, do not purchase or download the file.

1. What You Receive

When you purchase a digital design download, you receive a digital file (and nothing physical is shipped to you). Unless the product page states otherwise, a Design File is delivered as a high-resolution image file, typically a transparent-background PNG suitable for printing.

The exact file type, dimensions, and resolution are described on the individual product page. You are purchasing the specific file as described — not source files, layered/editable files, fonts, or any other format unless those are expressly included in the listing.

2. The License We Grant You (Standard Personal-Use License)

Unless you have purchased a separate commercial or extended license (see Section 4), every digital Design File is sold to you under a Standard Personal-Use License.

Under the Standard Personal-Use License, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Design File for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This means you MAY:

  • Download the file to your own devices for your personal use.
  • Print the design for yourself, your family, or as a personal gift — for example, on your own t-shirt, mug, tote bag, or other item.
  • Print the design at home, or have it printed for you by a local print shop or print service strictly for your own personal use.
  • Make personal back-up copies of the file for your own records.

The Standard Personal-Use License does NOT include any commercial or resale rights of any kind. You may not use the design to make money, directly or indirectly, under this license.

3. What You May NOT Do (Restrictions)

Whether you hold a Standard Personal-Use License or a commercial/extended license, the following restrictions always apply. You may NOT:

  • Resell, sell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the raw or original Design File itself.
  • Share, give away, email, post, or otherwise redistribute the Design File to any other person, group, or platform.
  • Upload, list, or sell the design — or any item bearing the design — on any other print-on-demand service, marketplace, or platform (such as, for example, Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble, Teespring, eBay, or similar) as your own.
  • Claim that you created, authored, or own the design, or otherwise misrepresent its authorship.
  • Use the design, in whole or in part, as a trademark, service mark, brand name, logo, or any indicator of source for a business.
  • Register or attempt to register the design (or any part of it) as a trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property in your own name or any third party’s name.
  • Modify the design and then claim or distribute the modified version as an original work, or in any way that violates the restrictions in this License.
  • Use the design in any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing manner.

If you want to use a design for commercial purposes — including selling printed products that feature the design, using it in advertising or branding, or printing it in bulk for sale — you must first obtain a separate commercial or extended license from us (see Section 4). These restrictions apply to the design in any form or derivative work, whether modified or unmodified, and violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.

4. Commercial and Extended Licenses

Commercial and resale rights are NOT included with a standard purchase. If you intend to use a Design File for any commercial purpose, you must purchase a separate commercial or extended license, where available, or contact us in writing to arrange one.

A commercial/extended license, if granted, will be governed by its own written terms, which control to the extent they conflict with this License. No commercial or resale rights exist unless and until you have purchased the applicable commercial/extended license and received our confirmation. Buying the standard digital download never, by itself, grants commercial or resale rights.

5. Ownership and Copyright

Juzoor (and/or its licensors) retains all right, title, and interest in and to every Design File at all times, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. The Design Files are licensed to you, not sold to you, regardless of how the transaction is described.

Your purchase grants you only the limited license described in this document. No ownership of the design, and no rights other than those expressly granted here, are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Juzoor. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise under any legal theory..

6. How Files Are Delivered

Digital Design Files are delivered electronically. After your payment is successfully processed, a download link will be made available to you — typically on the order confirmation page, by email, and/or in your account on our website.

Please download your files promptly and save them to a safe location, as download links may expire after a period of time or after a set number of download attempts. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your file, contact us and we will help you retrieve it.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your downloaded files safe. We are not responsible for files lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or your failure to back them up.

7. No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Because digital Design Files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of digital downloads are final to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once a Design File has been downloaded, it is non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access and delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law once access or download has been provided.

If you experience a technical problem with a file — for example, the file is corrupted, will not open, or does not match its product description — contact us at orders@juzoorstore.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to provide a working file or an appropriate resolution. This does not apply to buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or a purchase made by mistake.

8. Enforcement and Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Any breach of these terms automatically and immediately terminates your license to use the Design File, without notice and without refund. Upon termination, you must stop using the design and delete all copies of the Design File in your possession or control.

Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or resale of a Design File, including but not limited to on digital platforms, marketplaces, and social media platforms, is a violation of this License and of applicable copyright law, and may expose you to legal liability. We reserve the right to pursue injunctive relief and damages for any unauthorized use.

9. Governing Law

This License is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and shall be interpreted in accordance with its fair meaning. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this License will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to This License

We may update this License from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We will post the current version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
