Juzoor Store (“Juzoor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Juzoor Store is operated by Juzoor LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company located at 17 Ainsworth St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220, USA. We are a print-on-demand, made-to-order custom apparel and merchandise business. All of our products are designed and printed in-house in the United States.

By using our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This policy applies to information we collect through the Site, by email, and in connection with your orders. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Information You Provide to Us

When you shop with us, create an account, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Site, you may provide information directly to us, including:

If you use our custom print service and upload your own artwork, we store and process those files only to produce and fulfill your order. We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to complete your orders, provide customer support, maintain business and financial records, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We retain uploaded artwork only as long as needed to produce your order and for a reasonable period afterward to support reprints, returns, and recordkeeping, unless a longer period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment processors. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site and products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at orders@juzoorstore.com and we will take steps to delete it.

EU, EEA, and UK visitors (GDPR). We respond to privacy rights requests within the time periods required by applicable law.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal that lets you express a preference not to be tracked across websites. There is no industry-wide standard for how to interpret DNT signals, and our Site does not currently respond to them. We will continue to monitor developments in this area.
