Welcome to Juzoor Store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://juzoorstore.com (the “Site”) and the products, digital downloads, transfers, and services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). The Site and Services are operated by Juzoor LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 17 Ainsworth St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220, USA (“Juzoor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including a limitation of our liability and the law and venue that govern any disputes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Custom Orders & User Content Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or enter into a binding contract with us. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Security

You may browse and purchase from the Site as a guest, or you may create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You agree to notify us immediately at orders@juzoorstore.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

4. Products, Descriptions, and the Made-to-Order Nature

Juzoor is a US-based print-on-demand business. Our products include ready-made printed items (such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, water and vacuum bottles, hats, pin and magnet buttons, stickers, and tote bags), digital design files sold as downloads, ready-to-press DTF transfers, and a custom print service in which you upload your own artwork to be printed. All physical products are designed and printed in-house in the United States using direct-to-film (DTF), sublimation, and button/sticker printing techniques.

Because nearly all of our products are made to order specifically for you after you place your order, they are produced individually rather than pulled from existing stock. This made-to-order nature affects production time and our return policy, as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

We try to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, current, or error-free. Printed colors and finishes may vary from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and materials, as further described in the Disclaimers section below.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Pricing Errors

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping charges and applicable sales tax, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We calculate, collect, and remit applicable state and local sales tax as required by law, including in any state where we have a tax obligation (nexus). At this time, this applies to orders shipped to addresses within Pennsylvania, where we maintain a physical nexus. As our business grows, we may be required to collect sales tax in additional states, in which case the applicable tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without notice. Despite our efforts, products may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price or other incorrect information due to typographical, technical, or pricing errors. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been processed. If we cancel an order after your payment has been charged, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the affected item.

6. Orders, Order Acceptance, and Our Right to Refuse or Cancel

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of your order or a guarantee that we will fulfill it. A binding contract is formed only when we begin production or ship your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, quantity limits, problems with payment authorization, inability to verify your identity or shipping address, or content in a custom order that violates these Terms or our Custom Orders & User Content Terms. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. Payment Terms and Authorization

Payments are processed securely through WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal, and we support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We do not collect or store your full payment card numbers on our servers; payment information is handled by our payment processors in accordance with their security standards.

By submitting an order and providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us, through our payment processors, to charge the full order amount, including the product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes, to that payment method. If your payment cannot be processed, authorized, or settled, we may suspend or cancel your order. You agree to promptly resolve any payment issues so that we can complete your order.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. If you believe there is a problem with your order or a charge, you agree to first contact us at orders@juzoorstore.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback for a valid, fulfilled order, or filing a dispute without first contacting us, may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest illegitimate chargebacks and to suspend or refuse future orders from customers who file fraudulent or bad-faith disputes.

8. Shipping and Returns

We currently ship within the United States only, using USPS and UPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 per order, and shipping is free on orders over $50. Because our products are made to order, please allow a processing time of 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, in addition to carrier transit time. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Because our products are custom made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for a wrong size or color chosen by the customer. We provide replacements or refunds only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, when reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. These terms are described in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, the “Juzoor” name and brand, text, photographs, illustrations, layouts, and software, is the property of Juzoor or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, display, sell, resell, or create derivative works from any of our designs, artwork, or other Site content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a physical product or a digital download grants you a limited right to use that product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only; it does not transfer any ownership of, or commercial or resale rights in, the underlying design or artwork unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in cancellation of your order and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

10. User Content and Custom Uploads

Our Services allow you to upload your own artwork, images, text, and other materials (“User Content”) in connection with our custom print service. Your submission and use of User Content is governed by our Custom Orders & User Content Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents to use it and to authorize us to print it, and that the User Content does not infringe or violate any third party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any law. You grant Juzoor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and print your User Content solely as necessary to produce and fulfill your order and to provide our Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Juzoor from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content or our printing of it at your direction, including any claim that your User Content infringes the rights of a third party. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may infringe the rights of others or violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
Submit or request the printing of any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any person or entity;
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Juzoor, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site, our servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site;
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission;
Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material; or
Use the Services to engage in fraudulent activity or to circumvent any security or authentication measures.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including removing content, canceling orders, and terminating accounts.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, and our Services rely on third-party providers such as payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS), and analytics and email service providers. These third-party sites and services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices. Links and integrations are provided for your convenience only and do not imply our endorsement. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimers

The Site, the Services, and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juzoor disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Color and Print Variation. Because our products are printed using DTF, sublimation, and other physical printing processes on a variety of materials, the colors, placement, and finish of a finished product may differ from how a design appears on your screen, and slight variations may occur between individual items. Differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, fabrics, and printing surfaces mean that exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Such variations are a normal characteristic of custom printing and are not considered defects.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Juzoor, its members, managers, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, the Services, or any products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Services, or any product shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Juzoor and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference; (c) your User Content or custom uploads; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party or any applicable law. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, the Services, or any product are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding that is not subject to the informal dispute resolution process below shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

17. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim against us, you agree to first contact us at orders@juzoorstore.com and provide a brief written description of your dispute and your contact information so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will likewise contact you at the email address we have on file. You and Juzoor agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through this informal process for a period of at least 30 days before initiating formal legal proceedings. This requirement does not limit either party’s ability to seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Custom Orders & User Content Terms, and any other policies or notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Juzoor regarding your use of the Site and the Services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, on this subject.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

21. Force Majeure

Juzoor will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, earthquakes, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labor disputes, shortages of materials, failures or delays of our suppliers, disruptions or delays of shipping carriers or the postal system, utility or telecommunications failures, and any law, order, or action of any government or public authority. During such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and production and delivery times will be extended accordingly. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and to resume performance as soon as practicable.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post the revised Terms on the Site. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
